Keep your BALANCE little seabutterfly!

Since I teach my way of YOGA I met a lot of people with chronic diseases: asthma, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, attention deficit disorder, attention deficit syndrome, various forms of autism, allergies, dizziness and various forms of depression. The work was as different as the people I worked with.

By practicing yoB there is a chance to change something. Maybe you feel the first time during your illness that your body is not ill only. Maybe you train your lungs for a better breathing or the pain in your shoulders is not as massive anymore, maybe you feel more relaxed and you can do your daily work better. Some people learn to feel a new upcoming relapsing disease and by this can better respond to it.

Those are just a few possible experiences if you do yoB.

BUT!

I can’t promise that yoB can heal you or that you can reduce some medicine.

I can promise , that I will do my best to let you feel a little bit better!
